“I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent and expedient service that I receive earlier this week. As you may or may not recall, I called Monday morning looking for someone to diagnose and fix an oil leak in my GMC Yukon…I was trying to get to Kelowna that day. The BCAA operator gave me your name and number, and as luck would have it, you said you would be able to look at my truck that morning. I arrived at your shop at around 9am and by 11am your mechanic had diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were on the road back to Kelowna by noon and made it in good time with no further problems. I was very impressed not only with the quality of service you provided, but also the manner in which it was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend your business to anyone looking for a decent, reasonable and knowledgeable service and repair shop.”

“I just wanted to pass my thanks to you and your team!I dropped my 2000 neon off to get the front brakes done after the caliper seized and was off on vacation. It was not easy for me to leave my car in the hands of a mechanic i didn’t know, get work done where the actual damages was unknown and not even be able to speak with you guys to confirm how much it was actually going to cost. I really appreciated the honesty and help in the end when the bill ended up being a little over what was quoted. “These guys at Tremblay Motors are awesome! Found my car battery dead this morning so called BCAA, and a guy came down within 10 minutes and replaced the battery on the spot. The BCAA guy — Jorge — was very thorough and pleasant, and informed me after checking my alternator, that I needed a new one badly. He recommended Tremblay Motors (a BCAA approved shop) and even “escorted” me there to make sure my car didn’t have trouble on the way. When we got to Tremblay Motors, Jorge explained about the new car battery and the almost-dead alternator. Brad Tremblay said that he wasn’t sure he could get it done today (Friday), but that he’d do his best and said he’d let me know in an hour or two. About an hour later Brad called and said that they’d gotten the parts they needed and that if I came by just before 5 p.m. the car should be ready. Sure enough, I got there are everything was done! Talk about great service! I’ll be recommending this place to everyone. Thanks Jorge at BCAA and Brad from Tremblay Motors!”
